Key requirements are as follows:
- Available immediately for 2 months.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Excellent computer skills in both Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent phone manners.
- Previous experience in customer service involving MNC's. (Previous experience in a similar field will be given preference.)
- Arabic would be an advantage.
- Position can turn into a full-time job at the end of the 2 months based on performance.
- Graduate is a definite requirement.
